Return Policy

The following apply to returns and/or exchanges of items:

GENERAL
All returns and exchanges must be in original condition and include all accessories. DCS reserves the right to deny any return or exchange and may request identification as a condition of your return or exchange. All requests’ must be submitted within 30 days of ordering, and may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and shipping fee.

Technology products may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase. The item(s) must be in the original packaging and with UPC code intact. If product box is opened, the items may be subject to inspection and may be declined or qualify for exchange only. This includes products such as Computers, Monitors, Cameras, Camcorders, Projectors, GPS, Printers, Copiers, Faxes, Shredders, Telephones, Wireless Technology, MP3s, TVs, DVD Players, Media, Hard Drives, Peripherals, Accessories and Software. Special custom ordered items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged upon receipt.

If a return is the result of our error, we will pay the return shipping cost and will not deduct a restocking fee.

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization number (RMA number), and shipped to the address specified on the RMA within 5 business days of receiving the RMA, to receive proper credit.

Volume license purchases cannot be returned without the manufacturer's approval.

Software Manufacturers do not provide refunds for unused portions of maintenance contracts, regardless of reason [e.g., non-use, upgrade to another product, conversion to another form of licensing, etc. Any item that has been opened (taken out of its original packaging) or not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts cannot be returned. Items cannot be exchanged unless the item was damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped.
